Blazing Systems is an Open Source developer, an Applications Services Provider (ASP), providing web-based software as a service (SaaS.)  Expertise & Tools: PHP, Python, Javascript, SQL, XML, HTML, Postgresql, MYSQL, Linux, Mac OSX, and Windows.  Rackspace provides processing, storage, hosting, security, backup, availaibility, systems administration, and support services.

Blazing Systems is a family-owned and operated company, a partnership, with over 60 years experience in the technology industry among the partners.

Joining the independent service pioneer Sorbus Inc. in 1976, following 4 years in management at NCR Corp, Bill Patch served in various executive positions including VP Marketing & Sales.  In 1988 Patch co-founded VP Inc., an independent executive firm focused in the IT service industry with clients including Compaq, IBM, SMS, GE Access, and over 50 regional organizations.  Bill is a frequently-published author of articles on service management, developer of the SIA Pulse of the Industry, past president of the Computer Industry Personnel Association, co-author of Cry Twice!, and a graduate of Brown University and American International College.

Combining technology and management expertise, Will Patch has over 12 years experience in the web-based technology industry.  Beginning in Boston, in the midst of the Internet Bubble in 2000, at Envision Development Corp, and continuing for 9 years at netEconomist Inc., Will held positions ranging from associate counsel to technical operations director, and general manager.  He led the company’s development of the company’s leading IDX (Internet Data Exchange) MLS search engine, delivered as a subscription service.  Will manages and directs all technology resources for Blazing Systems, including web application design/development, website design/development, Internet marketing program management, systems administration, database management, and security.  He graduated from the Dickinson School of Law at Penn State University and Elizabethtown College.

After studying piano at Boston Conservatory of Music, Elisabeth Patch began an extended career in art, as a painter, teacher, and gallery co-owner & manager, including 18 years at the Upstairs Gallery in Skippack, PA, and galleries and art shows on Block Island, RI. Elisabeth has produced and sold over 1,000 original works of art, ranging from oil & acrylic canvases to watercolors and Tole. For the last 11 years Elisabeth has specialized in Internet Marketing for realtors and small businesses, including: customer requirements analysis, website design, IDX customization, keyword analysis/content, competitive analysis, & SEO. She provides customer service, customer training, market research, and sales; and she continues teaching weekly art classes.
